Normally we process our orders within 24 hours. The orders go into our warehouse to be picked, packed and where appropriate consolidated into one parcel. If a title is out of stock or not immediately available, we keep our customers updated and informed.

Our delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

Orders Under £30

Standard Delivery:
£2.49 - Standard Delivery (3 – 5 working days)

Express Delivery:
Next Working Day Delivery - Available Monday to Friday:
£4.99 - Next working day delivery (Order before 1.30 pm to qualify for next day delivery)

Orders before 1.30 pm on Friday are delivered the next day. (Our Cut off point for Saturday delivery is 1.30 pm on Friday.)
Orders after 1.30 pm from Friday through to Monday 1.30 pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.


Order between £30 and £100

Free - Standard Delivery (3 – 5 working days)

Next Working Day Delivery - Half price:

These delivery times are the maximum delivery periods that a purchase can take to reach our customers. Delivery may be sooner than this. Please note that where applicable, customs point clearance may affect the delivery of an order and cause a delay. This is a factor that is not in our control.
