All our books are dispatched the next working day after payment. Express orders placed before 1:30pm are dispatched on the same day. You will receive an email update with the relevant details.
Once the book has been dispatched, a Royal Mail tracking number will appear in your order notes.
- Log in, and click your name to see your My Account page.
- On there will be your list of orders.
- Click your order, and you will see the tracking number in the "Order notes" section.
- Copy the tracking number, and paste it into the box on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

This website is a joke where the customer service took my money and haven't received a thing not even confirmation
I'm still waiting for my order, it's stuck somewhere and nobody says anything.
